Good evening dear one, we are glad to have the opportunity to speak with you this evening. We have prepared a lesson for you on what it means to be of service to others. Service to others is about being selfless and giving of your time, a kind word, a smile, advice or attention—to help someone who is in need or who is searching for answers for which you can help to provide or to kindle a spiritual desire for greater truth. To be of service is to be a light in the darkness or the living water in a desert of disappointments for a soul who is wandering without purpose, but for one who feels a calling from deep within that says, “there must be more to life than this.” These are the lost children of hope who are longing for a direction in life, and looking for a leader to say, “this is the way—follow me.”

To be of service to these souls is to be available in a moments notice, to hear the still small voice that prompts you to action at the opportune time when the fruit is ripe. To be obedient to spirit and to use all the spiritual gifts that were given to you and all the knowledge that you have trained for when called on. To know when to speak and when not to speak—to be wise as serpents and gentle as doves. All these things you must be if you are to do the will of the Father. There is no greater joy than to help a brother or sister to fan the flames of awakening to eternal life. These are the rewards for service to humanity and will propel you to greater heights in the kingdom—to a life so beautiful and sublime you cannot even imagine.

Once you have shed the flesh, and you have come to live on the mansion worlds, you will find that service to others is as natural as breathing and you will want to do all you can to help those beneath you come up to where you are, just as teachers from the higher realms will reach down to you and joyfully lift you up. Even those who have built their prisons in the dark realms from a selfish life of indulgence, greed and cruelty, will also receive help once they are purged of their evil desires. God will bring all men to himself eventually even if it takes eons and eons of slow progression out of darkness, they will come to the light.

To begin this work on the earth plane is a blessed thing to the one who sacrifices self for the sake of others. These workers of the light will be far in advance of the sleepers who live on the surface of life oblivious to the life of spirit and who are living for themselves. As the Master said, “The first shall be last and the last shall be first in the kingdom of heaven.”

When you are in doubt or need advise or knowledge, call on your teachers and guides and we will respond, for we in the Circle of Seven are ready to serve. You must be ready to serve as we plan and undertake the cause of human redemption and lead the lost souls to hear the Father’s call, “Be you perfect, as I AM perfect.”
